No-meat Spaghetti Sauce

Everyone thinks their dad makes the best spaghetti sauce. But here is the real one (and it's cruelty-free!!!).

I love this recipe because I can make one batch, freeze it and have it for lunch when I have no time to cook.

Servings: 12

Ingredients

2 packs (340 g each) ground meat substitute (you can find Yves' in all grocery stores)

2 chopped onions

1 cup chopped celeries

2 cans (28 oz each) diced tomatoes

1 can (340 ml) tomato soup

1/2 can (185 ml) tomato paste

Spices (oregano, basil, pepper...)

Preparation

  1. Cook the ground meat substitute in the oil for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the onions and celeries.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Simmer for 2 hours until desired consistency (brew occasionally).
